Green Chutney Recipe - 2

Ingredients

  • fresh cilantro bunch 1
  • fresh mint bunch 1
  • garlic cloves 3-4
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • lemon or lime juice 1 freshly squeezed
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • green chillies 3-4 /adjust according to taste buds
  • ice cold tap water 1-2 Tbsp

Instructions

  • To start, place all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Next, blend the ingredients until just combined. Don’t over mix it! It can turn bitter!
  • When the ingredients are all blended, you can check the consistency of the chutney. If you like, you can add a small amount of ice cold water, about a 1 tablespoon at a time, reblend, and check the consistency again. You can repeat these steps until it suits your desires.
